Jen Swanson
CEO
Jen is CEO of Curis Health Management. With a professional background in architecture and project management, she has built a career centered around communication, operational coordination, problem-solving, and ensuring that complex initiatives are executed with precision and care. At Curis Health Management, she applies her expertise to overseeing program operations, supporting staff coordination and helping ensure services are delivered with consistency.
Paul Swanson
COO and Director of Operations
Paul is the Chief Operating Officer of Curis Health Management with over 20 years of experience leading businesses in highly regulated industries. He oversees organizational strategy, operational infrastructure, compliance, and financial oversight across healthcare staffing and community-based support services.
Program Leadership
Our program leadership brings extensive experience in nursing, special education, individualized planning, and supporting people with diverse needs and abilities. Together, they are helping develop Curis's Personal Supports program with an emphasis on person-centered care, professional oversight, and meaningful opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to build independence, exercise choice, and participate fully in their communities.

Program Manager & Director of Clinical Services
Colleen is the Program Manager & Director of Clinical Services for Curis Health Management. As a registered nurse, Colleen plays a critical role in program oversight, clinician support and the ongoing development of best practices that align with person-centered care and the highest standards of clinical excellence.
Mike Vilary
Program Coordinator/Direct Support Supervisor - Personal Supports
Mike serves as the Personal Supports Program Coordinator / Direct Support Supervisor for Curis Health Management. With more than 20 years of experience as a special education professional and department head, he brings extensive expertise in supporting individuals with developmental, intellectual, behavioral, and other disabilities. His background includes individualized planning, staff supervision, family collaboration, and skill development, with a strong emphasis on fostering independence. Mike brings a relationship-driven, person-centered approach to his role as Curis prepares to provide Personal Supports to adults through Maryland's Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA).
